Pcso's with no knowledge of the law and no power of detainment get this man arrested because their snowflake ego has been bruised. Then heavy handed police officers again with no knowledge of the law arresting a man on false pretences. Unfortunately the general public are being victimised time and time again, arrested by police officers with very limited knowledge of the law on the streets arresting people! This is why nobody has any respect for the police anymore! This entire situation caused by a PCSO's ego and incredibly unprofessional behaviour! The police are not on our streets policing criminality they have actively victimized the public and this is the norm. They wouldn't know a criminal if they fell over one in the street! What a complete waste of police time all because of the bruised ego of a plastic copper who doesn't have any knowledge of the law!

It is absolutely shocking we have police officers actively on the streets arresting people and they have a very, very limited knowledge of the law. He even admits he doesn't know the law! The amount of times interactions with the police result in arrests because the police think they can do or say anything they want and we have to obey them, their egos and desire to bully the public is shocking. Then their willingness and drive to single people out and further intimidate in future encounters is appalling. The fact they can stop and search people without any reasonable suspicion of any crime has given these bullies license to harass and intimidate people over and over again. A police officer who volunteered he doesn't know the law but he has the power to arrest the public! Shocking!

They have no idea who anybody is when they enter that building. All he wanted to do was film the public information bulletins in a public area of a public building. The entire issue was created by the staff. Nobody has any right or expectations of privacy in public and anybody has the right to film in public and nobody has the right to stop that filming! This job centre employee is a top candidate for being a police officer. It is absolutely shocking just how little the police knowledge of the law is. That job centre employee is guilty of assault and battery, GBH, threatening behaviour a typical bully boy who would fit in perfectly with the standard of police officers who have no idea of the laws of this country!

It is not against the law to swear unless a member of the public is offended by your words and complains about it. They arrested him for public order offence swearing, without a complaint from a member of the public it is a false arrest!
